About

I'm a full-stack developer and UI/UX designer based in the Philippines, focused on shipping web applications from design through to production.

I work across the stack—interfaces, APIs, data, and deployment—and collaborate closely with design using tools like Figma.

Currently with DOST-ASTI on public-sector digital infrastructure, and part-time Instructor I at National University teaching computing and algorithms.

LokalFi Captive Portal

Pilot deployments at elementary schools; built for rural and last-mile connectivity

Project REIINN (DOST-ASTI): offline-first captive portal for rural schools and communities—Wi‑Fi access, educational content, and full product surfaces from member portal to admin and analytics. End-to-end delivery; shipped to live elementary-school pilots with Docker, MongoDB, and MikroTik integration—Starlink backhaul at pilot sites.

RuralCasting

EWBS within RuralCasting; national early-warning integration; Pi 4 field deployments

Project REIINN (DOST-ASTI): edge platform for rural field casting with EWBS aligned to national early-warning requirements. Built for Raspberry Pi—Python services, vanilla JS UI, SQLite, nginx, and systemd—deployed in the field.

Intelligent Disease Surveillance

DOST-PCHRD funding; National University research team; design shipped to production (FARM)

DOST-PCHRD–funded project with the National University research team: surveillance and reporting interfaces for public health and research. UI/UX in Figma; Python web scraping for data pipelines; engineering shipped production on the FARM stack—live in use.

Del Rosario Information Management System

In use by DRCNAI; NU Manila capstone (Mobile & Web)

National University Manila capstone (2021–2022) for DRCNAI: digitized records, member announcements, and prescriptive analytics for officials. UI/UX in Figma; team built FARM web and a Flutter member app on shared MongoDB—in use by the association.
